Collins Property Recruitment is working with a market leading independent Estate Agency brand near Guildford. This dynamic Estate Agency has developed an amazing local reputation which has been built on trust and open communication, this has led the way to them becoming the go to agent in the area. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team. Ideally suited to someone with at least 18 months Estate Agency experience. Key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:

• Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating offers with the assistance of the team.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers and associated solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.

Required skill sets for Sales Negotiator:

• 18 months experience in Estate Agency.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.

Benefits and packages:

• A competitive basic salary of £23,000
• OTE up to £40,000.
• Work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
