Sales Negotiator - Shoreditch - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading property agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional service in the sales market, based in the heart of Shoreditch!This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual with a flair for customer service and strong administrative skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth process
• Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required.
• Managing administrative tasks
• Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements:

• 12 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in the area.
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong IT Skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently

What' On Offer:

• Basic Salary: £20,000 + 3-month guarantee (uncapped)
• Realistic OTE for your first year: £40,000 - £45,000
• 10% on all fees generated
• Large potential bonuses linked to performance
• Use of a pool car
• A vibrant work environment in Shoreditch with a close-knit team
• 20-days holiday + bank holidays
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
