Your Mission at Elis
  • Support front-line sales teams with well-coordinated administrative operations
  • Evaluate sales and service processes to generate targeted improvement strategies and increase revenue opportunities
  • Manage direct reports to support all communication to the office via telephone, email and in person, effectively and efficiently
  • Manage desk-based super users to provide sales tool expertise, training and support to all sales and account management heads
  • Manage the relationship of any external partners who deliver services to the business function using contract management and KPI adherence
  • Drive growth for the Commercial teams by implementing ongoing training, development initiatives, and robust support systems
  • Foster a growth-oriented culture by encouraging continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation across teams, resulting in improved performance and employee engagement.
  • Provided tailored coaching sessions to enhance team performance
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to drive innovative solutions and align team objectives with company-wide initiatives
  • Analyse sales reports to identify trends and update strategies
