Your Mission at Elis
- Support front-line sales teams with well-coordinated administrative operations
- Evaluate sales and service processes to generate targeted improvement strategies and increase revenue opportunities
- Manage direct reports to support all communication to the office via telephone, email and in person, effectively and efficiently
- Manage desk-based super users to provide sales tool expertise, training and support to all sales and account management heads
- Manage the relationship of any external partners who deliver services to the business function using contract management and KPI adherence
- Drive growth for the Commercial teams by implementing ongoing training, development initiatives, and robust support systems
- Foster a growth-oriented culture by encouraging continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation across teams, resulting in improved performance and employee engagement.
- Provided tailored coaching sessions to enhance team performance
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to drive innovative solutions and align team objectives with company-wide initiatives
- Analyse sales reports to identify trends and update strategies
