My client is a leading provider of lift maintenance, repair, and modernisation services across the UK. With a strong reputation for reliability, expertise, and customer service, they work with a range of clients, from residential buildings to commercial and industrial properties.

They are currently seeking a Sales & Operations Administrator to join their team in Redditch. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting both sales and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and documentation for clients.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, offering professional and prompt assistance.
  • Referencing part numbers from spreadsheets, receiving part requests from Engineers and generating quotes accordingly.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of planned repair works.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and assist with financial administration as required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business operations and drive efficiency.
What They're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales or operations environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
