Sales Operation Analyst Location: UK, LondonLength: 6 monthsRate: From £38.46 p/h (Inside IR35) Hours: 9am-6pm (3 days onsite per week)About the Role:Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical individual to join the EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSP&O) team for a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to work with Sales leaders in EMEA to help shape and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.You’ll be responsible for managing complex data, driving operational processes, and helping solve difficult problems. Strong communication skills are key, as you’ll be presenting insights to leadership and working with various teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse advertising revenue performance and provide insights on clients, verticals, and countries for senior leadership
- Manage key operational processes, including annual/quarterly planning, pipeline management, and resource planning
- Support ad-hoc operational projects as needed
- Assist with data analysis for regional advertising product priorities
- Communicate regularly with regional peers, sharing updates, risks, and goals
- Help drive go-to-market decisions with market leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in management strategy consulting or in a sales planning/operations role
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint (and Google Suite), and handling large datasets
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences
- Strong project management and ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or a degree in an analytical field
- Experience in the tech or online advertising industry
- Experience working with diverse communities
