Sales Order Process Administrator (Dutch speaking) To 27kHarrow

Are you a fluent Dutch speaker who enjoys working in fast paced environments? My client is now seeking a Dutch speaker to support their worldwide sales team, resellers and customers who are based in UK, EMEA and the USA. This position involves managing the end-to-end sales order process, maintaining accurate data. Benefits include 20 days holiday increasing to 30 after 2 years, laptop as well as good training.

The role

• Managing incoming orders, verifying pricing and upkeep of CRM
• Manage in bound and outbound calls and e mails, as well as managing shared mailboxes
• Updating e mail templates across languages and regions
• Arranging and coordinating travel for the teams
• Managing escalated queries form the order processing team
• C RM maintenance
• Experience needed
• A strong communicator with a high level of proficiency in Dutch
• At least 1 year’s customer care experience
• Strong time management
• Logical thinker who can problem solve
