Sales Progressor - Bexley

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: £25,000 (including Car Allowance)

OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

TO START IN END OF JULY- BEGINNING OF AUGUST

Working Hours:

5-day working week (Very occasional weekend work, a day will be given off in lieu)

  • Monday – Friday: 9-6PM

My client is looking for a sales progressor to join their amazing team in Bexleyheath!

Sales Progressor Responsibilities:

  • Keep solicitors, sellers, and buyers informed of any updates or changes.
  • Obtain and process documents required for exchanging contracts, leases, or transfers, ensuring they are signed, scanned, and returned promptly to solicitors.
  • Coordinate with Customer Relations for extension requests and deposits.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations by obtaining and verifying required documents.
  • Ensure all scheduled payments are received by their due dates.
  • Conduct checks upon receipt of advance payments.

Sales Progressor Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales progression within the property sector. Previous experience can include conveyancing, property-related negotiator, solicitors, estate agent etc.
  • Knowledge of legal conveyancing procedures.
  • Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, capable of independently managing various stakeholders, well-organized, and adept in diary management.
