SALES PROGRESSOR– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Orpington, BR6

Salary: OTE £35k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

The role will involve being responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.

You will ensure that all parties involved in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with the active parties, solicitors, mortgage advisor, other estate agents, and members of your own team.

You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process.

Most importantly, our client will give preferential consideration to candidates who are already working in a similar role and managing a substantial pipeline, or candidates who have dealt with sales progression over a significant period and have a proven ability to progress a busy and constantly moving pipeline.

Skills: The skills required for thisSales Progressor (Estate Agency) role will include:
