Sales Progressor - Property Personnel : Job Details

Do you love your job within residential sales, but would love it even more if you didn't have to work weekends? Then, this may be the role for you!

Our client is a successful, privately-owned estate agency with departments in sales, lettings, property management and new homes. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join their friendly team in Ashford, Surrey.

Your responsibilities will include managing the company sales pipelines from offer to completion; dealing with and resolving issues along the way. You will be providing the highest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.

Is this you?

• At least 1 years’ experience within a residential sales progression role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good legislation knowledge
• An understanding of the mortgage application process
• Planning and time management skills
• Administrative skills
• Communication skills
• Organisation and prioritisation skills
• IT literate.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £35,000. This is a Monday to Friday role and your working hours will be 8.45am to 6pm.
