Salary: £35,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is for a Sales Progressor to join their dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth property sales progression from offer acceptance to completion.

The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will be the critical link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all transactions progress efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sales, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and oversee the sales progression process, ensuring a seamless transition from offer to completion.

• Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved, including buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.

• Regularly update clients and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of progress and key milestones.

• Resolve issues that may arise during the sales process and with sales systems, using a problem-solving mindset to prevent delays.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records within the company’s CRM system, that are updated accordingly and are in line with brand and compliance needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during the entire sales journey.

About You

The ideal Sales Progressor will have:

• Previous experience in a sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency role.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions effectively.

• A proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving challenges.

• Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.

• A professional and client-focused attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
