Sales Progressor - Full-time - Bristol Independent Agency - Basic Salary 28k-30k + Bonus Structure   Our client is an Award-winning Estate Agent seeking an organised and effective Sales Progressor to ensure the sales pipeline is expertly managed to yield regular income from the high level of property transactions that they produce across their network of offices. Primarily based in Southville, Bristol, the Sales Progressor will require excellent customer service skills, the ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment and problem solve under pressure to ensure our client's vendors and buyers have a positive experience throughout the process. Estate agency experience will be vital for this role, training will be provided continuously but a solid understanding of the sales process will be required in order to "hit the ground running".  The Successful Candidate will have:

• Estate Agency valuation experience essential
• Self-motivated and Driven attitude
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.  
• Able to influence and problem solve effectively 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Deliver excellent customer care
