Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk - Page Personnel Secretarial & Business Support : Job Details

This role will ensure supplier invoices are coded and posted correctly, customer invoices are generated and collected efficiently, performing reconciliations and assisting with month-end duties to support monthly management accounts process.

Description

This role will ensure supplier invoices are coded and posted correctly, customer invoices are generated and collected efficiently, performing reconciliations and assisting with month-end duties to support monthly management accounts process, also including:

• Coding and posting supplier invoices
• Dealing with queries
• Matching supplier invoices, chasing invoices,
• Raise and process invoices and credit notes
• Maintain customer sales ledgers
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and receivable processes
• Comfortable with manual processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work part of a team and independently
• Manufacturing background advantageous

• Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 3.30pm finish
