As we expand our outreach, we are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to promote our services to prospective patients in United Kingdom, build relationships, and help individuals take the next step in their healthcare journey.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team in the plastic surgery, aesthetics and dentistry divisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, with a particular interest in aesthetics and oral care. You will play a pivotal role in educating potential patients about our services, explaining treatment options, and scheduling consultations with our specialists. Your objective is to drive new patient acquisition and contribute to the growth of our practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential patients, including individuals interested in cosmetic surgery, dental procedures, and aesthetic treatments.
  • Consultation Booking: Guide prospective patients through the process of booking consultations with our plastic surgeons or dentists by providing detailed information about procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate patients on the full range of available treatments, including the benefits, risks, costs, and recovery time associated with each procedure, while addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, identifying patient needs, and offering appropriate treatment solutions based on their requirements and budget.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with patients by maintaining regular follow-ups, answering inquiries, and ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about their treatment options.
  • Sales Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed sales targets and activity quotas related to new patient consultations, procedure bookings, and follow-up conversions.
  • CRM Management: Record patient interactions, follow-ups, and consultation appointments in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Patient Confidentiality: Handle all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team and physicians to refine sales strategies, provide feedback on patient inquiries, and stay updated on new services or offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in a healthcare, aesthetics, or dental setting.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with common plastic surgery and dental procedures is a significant advantage, including treatments like breast augmentation, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication skills to effectively explain procedures, answer patient questions, and overcome objections.
  • Sales Focused: Strong sales aptitude with experience meeting or exceeding targets, and a passion for driving patient engagement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to build trust with prospective patients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong motivation to achieve set sales goals, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing patient data and ensuring correct information is shared during every call.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to address concerns and provide solutions that align with patient needs and practice offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in plastic surgery or dentistry telesales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of aesthetic treatments, oral care, and relevant medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with patient scheduling software and systems commonly used in medical practices.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
