Based out of one of these following sites - Birmingham, Brentwood, Colchester or Peterborough
What You'll Be Doing:
- Quoting for New Business and sealing the deal
- Managing client relationships like a pro - in-person, by phone, or email
- Calculating premiums (mathletes, this is for you!)
- Ensuring clients know their options with clear and simple explanations
- Validating important docs like ID, claims history, and driving licenses
- Using CRM tools to track leads and smash targets
- Attending client meetings and identifying upselling opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- A fantastic communicator who can demystify insurance jargon
- UK insurance market knowledge (trends, risks, and all that good stuff)
- Organisational wizard who knows how to prioritize
- A positive, enthusiastic team player with experience in broking or underwriting
