WSR is recruiting for a Sales Representative for our esteemed client in East Devon.

Location: Covering Devon & Cornwall – Mostly Field based with visits to the site for training, role administration and stock replenishment.Salary: £29,000 + Monthly Gross Profit & Annual Special Incentive Bonuses

Sales Representative Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales, deliver expert advice, and build strong relationships with farmers across Devon & Cornwall. You’ll be at the forefront of promoting cutting-edge hygiene products tailored to improve farm efficiency and profitability.

 Sales Representative Responsibilities & Tasks

• Sales Growth: Boost sales and profitability by promoting our hygiene solutions.
• Customer Relationships: Build trust within the farming community, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Expertise: Offer advice on hygiene best practices to improve farm productivity.
• Campaigns: Deliver effective sales campaigns and partner with dealerships to grow market share.
• Event Representation: Represent our client at farming events to engage customers and strengthen brand visibility.
• Planning & Administration: Prepare competitive quotes, manage inventory, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Sales Representative Experience & Qualifications

• A strong background in agriculture.
• 3+ years of sales or after-sales experience.
• Passion for improving farm efficiency, animal welfare, and hygiene standards.
• A valid Category B driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A dynamic, customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel.
