I am looking for a Sales Consultant & Administrator to join a great client and entrepreneurial team. This new role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skills and attitude to build a successful career in sales and marketing.

• Serve as the first line of contact for customer enquiries, issues, or complaints over the phone.
• Create and manage quotes for consumers and small orders and assist with quotes for existing projects.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and project statuses to ensure timely progression and closure.
• Investigate quality issues with the support of the Product Support Manager (PSM).
• Organise returns and coordinate the resending of lost or missing parts with the support of the PSM.
• Support marketing projects and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Maintain office procedures, ensuring that filing systems and databases are properly used and kept up to date.
• Perform ad hoc duties and provide sales administration support as required.

• 1-3 years of experience in specification sales, sales administration, or customer service within the building products sector.
• Formal training in sales and/or account management.
• Proficiency in raising sales quotes and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be polite, professional, and persuasive.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with a focus on prioritising workload and multitasking.
• High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Experience with Sage programs and full proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
