Due to continued growth, my client is seeking to recruit an additional candidate within their busy sales & service team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with client relationship experience although we will also consider a college leaver looking for an entry level role into the commerical office sector.
Full training will be provided.
Duties:
- Monitoring back orders and informing customers of any delays via email/phone.
- Answering calls/emails
- Processing sales orders
- Various administrative duties
- Providing tracking for customer orders
- Processing purchase orders
- Assist customers via the phone & email to select and purchase products based on their needs and preferences.
- Making outbound calls to customers to develop & create opportunities.
- Upselling & offering alternatives as required.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Skill set required:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Team player with ability to work well with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
