Overview

Join our growing team at GGB, where we prioritize customer service in our sales approach. We are seeking customer-focused individuals to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience while finding the best insurance packages tailored to their needs. No prior insurance experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
  • One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm

Compensation:

  • Starting Salary: £25,000
  • Quarterly performance-related bonus (average additional earnings of £400 - £500 per month)

How You’ll Make an Impact:Begin your journey with us in our training academy, where you'll receive all the necessary training to excel in your new role. This includes learning about insurance fundamentals, policy handling, and system processes. We also offer a robust career progression program and fully funded professional insurance qualifications (CII).

How you'll make an impact
  • Build and renew insurance quotes over the phone, ensuring the best price and appropriate coverage for customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to capture information, provide updates, and address customer concerns
  • Ensure customers leave with a positive impression and satisfaction with our products and services
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, using various systems within an encouraging and agile team environment
About You
  • Ability to simplify complex information for customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation review and assessment
  • Empathy and composure when interacting with customers
  • Excellent customer service skills to improve the customer experience
  • Proficiency with computers
  • GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Eligible to work in the UK
