We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client based in Wolverhampton as a Sales Support Administrator. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting transport checks
- Informing customers about deliveries
- Inputting customer purchase orders
- Generating new tenders
- Sending out introduction letters and merchandise
- Collating management information for reporting
- Identifying new companies for business opportunities
- Arranging and attending meetings with suppliers and customers alongside sales representatives
Requirements:
- Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in outbound calls or similar sales/customer service roles is beneficial but not essential
