Impression Recruitment are delighted to be representing one of the fastest growing businesses in Harrogate, assisting them in their search for a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern. Our client is a leader in their market within the UK and have quickly made an impact across their sector, allowing them to establish strong, mutually beneficial client relationships. As an integral member of the team, you'll work closely and provide support to various teams within the business whilst also carrying out market research and competitor analysis. You'll need to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet commercial deadlines, and be comfortable communicating and collaborating with colleagues to help ensure that the plans for further growth can be fulfilled. Your duties as Sales Support Administrator will be:
- Conduct market research to gain insight on competitors.
- Update and maintain competitor analysis maps.
- Provide key information on internal data as well as external data.
- Work alongside Sales team to discuss feedback from clients and improve approach.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various teams.
- Form strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers and clients.
- Work closely with procurement, sales and finance team.
- Manage and maintain general inbox's.
Skills required:
- A financial and analytical mindset.
- Strong IT skills particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaborating with colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to agreed deadlines.

In return the successful Sales Support Administrator will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, and you'll be working 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The client also offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 from home, a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, as well as an extra day off on your birthday!
