You will join a creative, experienced team and gain exposure to all aspects of the business.As a key point of contact for UK and EU customers, you will process orders from major retailers to small independent businesses, ensuring timely order fulfilment.DAY TO DAY:• First point of contact for retailers for all supply chain and order queries.• Processing orders and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched on time.• Updating customers on stock availability and proactively managing forecast orders to ensure the customer receives their orders on time.• Working with the sales representatives to onboard new customers and provide product data.• Manage any issues relating to deliveries, lost stock, and product issues.• Organise samples for key accounts and work to deadlines.• Attend trade shows when required.• Check customer credit and liaise with the accounts team to ensure the order can be processed.WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a similar sales support role, ideally from a product-based company with experience working with retailers and key accounts.• Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style.• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.• Be a proactive individual with the ability to multi-task effectively.• Experience using Excel daily.• Have a flexible approach and enjoy building great working relationships.IN RETURN:• Hybrid working.• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holiday’s - increases to 24 days after 2 years.• Social events and lunches.• Enhanced pension.• Life assurance 4 x salary.• Salary sacrifice scheme.• Full-time role, with a flexible start time between 8am-9am.If you're excited to join a highly sought-after industry and learn from a fantastic team, apply today!
