Description

German Speaking Sales Support Executive, Basingstoke:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, processing orders, and preparing reports.
  • Engage with German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored assistance.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, logistics, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Work with sales and be responsible for up-selling products and services
  • Hitting after sales KPIs around incoming and outgoing calls and up-sell revenue.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and presentations in both English and German.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales activity information.
  • Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and customer follow-up initiatives.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.

Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the sports or retail sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced with CRM software.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Passionate about golf and the sports industry, with a strong drive to support sales efforts and contribute to business success.

Job Offer

Salary of circa £30,000 - £32,000 + bonus and excellent package
