Sales Support Executive - Hire Purpose : Job Details

Location: Central London- Hybrid

Salary: £20,000 -£30,000

I am pleased to be recruiting for a prominent international payment gateway company head-quartered in Mumbai, with additional offices in Cyprus, Lithuania, Nigeria, and London. Established over 20 years ago, this industry leader is positioned for significant market expansion.

The company serves a substantial global client base and is supported by an exceptional leadership team. It provides a comprehensive end-to-end solution, including global card acquiring, payment gateway services, treasury management, and alternative payment products.

The Role

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to engage with new customers early on, qualifying their requirements and ensuring a smooth go-live and onboarding process.
• Communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as directly with customers, to determine their needs and support the sales team in successfully delivering the products sold.
• In this hybrid role encompassing sales, customer service, and account management, you will follow the onboarding process meticulously, providing excellent service and ensuring compliance at every step.

Ideally, you will have experience in customer care, technical support, or sales within the payments sector.
