Job purpose:
Providing first-rate office-based customer service and administration of all sales activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Answer inbound customer service calls and emails
- Provide support for inbound sales calls as needed.
- Manage customer orders ensuring smooth progression to Warehouse for dispatch.
- Raising credits, monitoring courier information, handling delivery disputes, and arranging same-day deliveries.
- Chase couriers on delayed deliveries and work within allocated territories.
- Cross-sell and up-sell when processing customer orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a busy administration role, handling in-bound sales calls and processing orders.
- Experience in a customer service position, taking ownership of enquiries and progressing them to resolution.
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Confident and helpful with an eye for detail.
- Super organised, great at maintaining records and communicating updates.
