Sales Team Leader - Insurance

Salary: £30k-£35k Basic + OTE

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Are you an inspirational Sales professional that has a background in managing and motivating a telephone-based sales team, driving results and have a background in insurance sales? If so, I have a unique opportunity to join an expanding and professional organisation that are looking for a talented leader to inspire, recruit and organically grow the team, achieving company quality and revenue targets.

Ideally you will have a background in UK based PMI insurance and have a proven background in improving sales performance through coaching, mentoring and putting in incentives to drive the department forward.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and monitoring the team and individual’s sales performance.
• Motivate, inspire and drive the performance of a sales team through incentives, coaching and proactively
• Set KPI’s and sales targets.
• Conduct monthly one-to one meetings with employees, setting objectives and ensuring training needs are met.
• Ensure adherence to all FCA regulations and compliance are met.
• Carry out recruitment for the team and onboarding the team.
• Reporting on figures, revenue, conversion rates and quality reports.
• Motivating the team to reach its top potential with a "hands on" attitude.
• Reach and exceed sales targets.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Proven sales team management experience within a telephone-based environment.
• You will have a proven knowledge within Insurance or financial services.
• Driven and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude.
• Target driven and passionate about managing a pro-active team.
• Great organisation and time management skills.
• Creative, self-motivated and results orientated.
