Sales Team Leader - Anderson Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Our client, based in Ross-on-Wye, are recruiting for a Sales Team Leader to join their team on full time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing company.

The successful candidate will have excellent people and relationship building skills as well as the ability to actively seek opportunities to increase visibility and promote services, whilst also providing support to a close-knit team with a focus on maximising sales.

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous experience of team leading in a sales or customer service team

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated and adaptable

-Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

-Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks

Hours - 40 hours per week (weekend cover requirement on a rota basis)

Salary - Up to£30,000 per annum dependent on experience + bonus scheme
