Having grown primarily through referrals and word of mouth, they are now entering an exciting phase of building a dedicated sales team—and are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to help achieve their growth goals.
The OpportunityThis is an opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join a fast-growing company with solid foundations. As Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small, dynamic sales team to take the business to the next level. The role involves working closely with clients and you will have the autonomy to shape the sales processes from the ground up, including implementing systems such as HubSpot and building a high-performing sales team. With a generous compensation package, uncapped commission, and the potential to participate in an EMI equity plan, this role offers excellent long-term growth—potentially developing into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) position with equity in a high-value company.
