Sales Team Manager -up to £32k basic and Monthly / Quarterly Commission

Based in Halifax, West Yorkshire

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to head up a telephone-based sales team within our head office in Halifax.

You will be motivating and driving performance within a team of high performing, B2B Sales Development Reps (SDR’s) responsible for booking appointments for the field based reps.

We are looking for a Sales Team Manager who is passionate about coaching and developing sales staff and from your previous experience can demonstrate success based on coaching, nurturing and developing sales people to achieve more. You must be target driven to engage the team, ensure team and departmental targets are hit and that success is celebrated and rewarded.

You will also be responsible for growing the team, recruiting new talent and developing new sales talent from the ground up.
