Key Responsibilities: As an Associate Valuer Negotiator, you will:
- Manage a Property Portfolio: Oversee and manage a diverse range of property listings, ensuring they are marketed effectively.
- Client and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
- Strategic Valuation and Sales: Evaluate properties and implement pricing strategies to maximize sales potential.
