Sales Valuer - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our clients, an expanding Agency in the Rochdale area, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer. The position will be covering 2 local branches and offers excellent long-term career growth and strong earning potential.

Working hours:

• Full Time
• 5 day working week
• Lieu day when Saturday worked

The successful Valuer role,  will be offered:

• Basic salary £28,000 - £35,000
• OTE £45,000 - £50,000
• Parking
• Career Progression

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:

• Strong track record in Listing  
• Excellent Customer Service
• Positive and driven mentality
• Ability to gain instructions
• Driving licence
• Professional working attitude

As a Valuer your role will involve:

• Generating business as well as valuing from leads provided
• Valuing across 2 offices
• Listing Properties to the market
