Salesforce Administrator - DCS Recruitment : Job Details

A leading Online Platform Educator is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage and optimise their Salesforce platform to its best.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration: Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including object creation, page layouts, and field updates.
• User Management: Administer user roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and optimal user experience.
• Data Management: Oversee data import, export, and integrity, including creating reports and dashboards for insightful analytics.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system integrations with other tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to continually enhance system performance and functionality.

You will be highly competent in Salesforce, Flow or Process Builder as well as know their way around Excel formula like VLookUp, Macros, IndexMatch
