About Us:Redimeer are recruiting for a Salesforce Developer FTC to join a leading working capital fintech based in London. The successful Salesforce Developer will have Java/AWS, SOQL and Apex experience. This role is office based so you must be commutable to London.
Role Overview:As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our CRM capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with Java-based backend systems and AWS infrastructure. This is a hands-on role, requiring expertise in Apex development, Salesforce customisation, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with Java-based backend systems and AWS services.
- Develop and maintain APIs and middleware for seamless data flow across platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimise Salesforce solutions for scalability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability.
- Stay updated with Salesforce, Java, and AWS advancements to recommend best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong background in Java development.
- Experience with AWS services, such as Lambda, S3, EC2, or DynamoDB.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator).
- Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Salary:
The role is a 12 month’ FTC with the potential to go permanent. The client are offering up to £60k per annum dependent on experience.
