We are currently recruiting a Lead Analyst for a global client in Peterborough, UK.Role - Lead AnalystRate - £350/Day Inside IR35Location: Peterborough, UKContract Duration: 2 yearsFreelance / B2B Contract40 Hours per week / Full TimeJob Description:

• Monitor, train, and mentor Analysts' work across different projects and impart guidance.
• Engage in strategic client discussions.
• Possess complete functional knowledge in Sales, Service, Experience, and Integration (REST, SOAP, Middleware).
• Good knowledge of data mapping from Legacy to Salesforce using middleware/integration technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, API capabilities, and declarative tools.
• Experience with integration patterns (point to point, middleware, ETL) and architectural principles.
• Knowledge of web services, API management, and data transformation technologies (XML, JSON, etc.).
• Knowledge of middleware platforms.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Minimum Years of Experience Required:

• 10+ years.

Required Top Skills:

• Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Middleware/Integration.
