  Your Role:

• Oversee all aspects of salon operations, from scheduling to stock management.
• Build a loyal client base through outstanding service and innovative marketing strategies.
• Inspire and manage a team of talented therapists, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
• Ensure the salon maintains the highest professional standards in every detail.
