Be the Go-To SAP B1 Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Technical Consultant who can take full ownership of their SAP B1 system. This hands-on role requires someone who can manage and maintain the system independently, without internal SAP B1 support. You will be the first point of contact for user queries, ensuring smooth operations while reducing reliance on external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the SAP Business One system, ensuring seamless daily operations
• Maintain system performance, functionality, and overall upkeep
• Serve as the first line of support for user queries
• Onboard and train new employees on SAP B1 best practices
• Identify and resolve system issues independently or through third-party support
• Manage third-party integrations and vendor communication
• Streamline and digitise processes to align SAP B1 with business needs
• Remain available for urgent system queries outside standard working hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Professional: Must be able to take ownership from day one; no training provided
• ERP Expertise: Previous experience required, with SAP Business One preferred
• Problem-Solver: Strong troubleshooting and system optimisation skills
• Proactive Approach: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Independent Worker: Capable of resolving issues or escalating to third-party support when necessary
• Flexibility: Willingness to be available for urgent system matters outside working hours
