SAP Solution Lead - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Lead to join a global organisation on a critical SAP service and programme team. In this dynamic role, you will design, configure, analyse, and support the SAP FI-CO and PS modules/solutions, ensuring seamless integration with related interfaces and delivering high-value solutions. For the right candidate this role offers: £80,000 - £85,000 plus 25-day annual leave plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialist-level design, configuration, and functional support for SAP FI-CO solutions (including Treasury).
• Maintain and update Business Processes, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Test Scripts, and Training Documentation.
• Safeguard the integrity of SAP FI-CO configurations across multiple system landscapes.
• Conduct assessments of upgrades or new functionalities, offering informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers to design, deliver, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP Finance functionality.
• Support incident analysis and resolution for Finance and Contract Management processes.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Extensive hands-on SAP FI-CO configuration and support experience, including Treasury.
• Solid expertise in SAP Project Systems configuration and integration.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and integration points across SAP modules, including Logistics, HR, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Document Splitting, and Treasury processes.
• Proficiency in cost element, cost centre, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Experience working with external system interfaces and related data processes.
• Exposure to ITIL frameworks, IT governance, and large SAP programmes or system integrators.

This role offers remote working with visits to a local office on an as-needed basis, providing the opportunity to contribute to innovative SAP programmes within a collaborative environment.
