Job Title: SAP4/Hana Implementation Programmes Finance Lead
Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship

The opportunity:
MBDA are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to join the core team of the S/4 HANA (IMPACT) project and drive the implementation of the system for Programmes Finance in the UK.
This is a once in a generation opportunity to fundamentally impact the way MBDA Programmes Finance operates for the future.
This role will support the design of the Common Template, with a strong focus on creating a harmonised design across the MBDA Group.
What is the Role:
- Work as part of a cross functional team to review and agree the system solutions proposed by the Systems Integrator from a business perspective.
- Lead and co-ordinate on overall UK Programmes Finance and Contract Lifecycle processes.
- Development, together with the Systems Integrator and cross functional team, of Golden Data Set to support testing of solutions and testing scripts to cover MBDA requirements for a given topic.
- Proactively drive through resolutions to any raised defects working with the technical support team.
- To be the main point of contact for UK Programmes Finance within the IMPACT project, keep them informed through regular communications and gaining buy in for the decisions made.
- Present to Senior Management on key progress and gain buy in for the decision making process.
- Take an active role regarding the integration with the new Programmes Finance Planning Tool (BPC).
What are we looking for?
- Good knowledge of Long term contract Finance processes both within SAP and BW (ideal).
- Experience of working within Programmes Finance and knowledge of pre-contract processes.
- Comfortable making decisions for change.
- Proactive and assertive in an international setting.
