Salary: £26,000 - £32,000
Hours: Full Time / 5 days in office. Mon-Fri
Day to day duties of a Scheduler: - Allocating maintenance work to tradespeople
- Managing the diaries of tradespeople ensuring timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure that everyone has adequate works scheduled to their diaries
- Taking ownership of issues, resolving queries and focusing on providing solutions
To be successful in the application of a Scheduler, you should: - Have scheduling or planning experience
- Have social housing experience
- Use your own initiative in difficult and fast paced situations
- Strong organisational skills
- Good telephone and face to face communication skills
