Scheduler - Reed : Job Details

My client, based in Redhill is looking for a part-time Scheduler (3 days per week) to manage the diaries of their technicians to ensure that they are booked up with as many appointments as possible.

You will need good customer service skills, as you will be speaking to customers to book in appointments and to handle any queries or complaints and have solid administration skills. Use of the joblogic system will be advantageous and you must be local - a driver preferably - due to location and there is free on-site parking.

The role is 24 hours per week 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch) and they are flexible on the 3 days you can work - Fridays are not required though. 

This is an on-going temporary role and is expected to run until the beginning of July - it may extend beyond.
