At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Administrator to work full-time in a primary school in Westminster.
Hours of Work: 2 days a week, Thursdays - Fridays, 08:00 - 16:00, 14 hours a week, term time only.
About the role
Support with front desk/reception duties
Supporting with answering calls/calling parents (with direction)
Attendance support general office duties, photocopying, mailing
Provide administrative and organisational support to SLT, Head of Years (HOY) and Lead teachers (LT)
Managing day to day pupil and parent enquires
SIMS or Arbor experience is a must
