SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a skilled School Finance Leader to oversee the financial operations of two to three schools in North West London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team.

As a School Finance Leader, you will:

• Lead and manage the financial operations across a cluster of schools, ensuring robust financial health and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with the schools' strategic goals.
• Work closely with senior leadership teams to provide clear and insightful financial advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing audits and financial reporting processes effectively.
• Manage and mentor finance teams across the schools, fostering collaboration and excellence.

We are looking for a professional who:

• Holds SBM (School Business Management) qualifications or equivalent.
• Has extensive experience in school financial leadership or a comparable role.

• Has a proven track record of managing complex budgets and multi-site operations.
• Is proactive, organized, and an exceptional communicator, with the ability to inspire confidence in stakeholders.
