School Intervention Worker (SEMH) | South East London | Immediate Paid Trials
Remedy is looking for a resilient and energetic Intervention Worker to support students in a Secondary SEMH Alternative Provision. As school intervention worker you will be supporting children who have mild to severe SEND within a group setting.
The school is for students in KS3-KS4, many of whom have an EHCP. The school is a provision for a range of needs, including ASD, and severe social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, for example, ADHD.

- Minimum rate of pay: £95 - £105 per hour
Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm
Experience, training and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar setting / SEMH/ PRU
- LEVEL 3 Teaching Assistant/or equivalent and above is preferable
- GCSE Maths and English and Computer literate
- Team Teach qualified (or signed up to attend the with our agency)
- Due to the nature of this role, A full driving licence is required
To be eligible for this role through Remedy, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
