Location: Kingston upon ThamesSalary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organised School Office Manager to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office, supporting both staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including administration, communication, and record-keeping.
- Oversee student admissions, attendance, and enrollment processes using SIMS.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for staff and administration.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries from parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with financial processes, including budgeting and procurement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a school administrative role, preferably with SIMS proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with school policies and regulations is a plus.
