School Receptionist - Adecco : Job Details

Adecco are currently looking for a School Receptionist to work for our clients in Bolton, to cover sickness and holiday's on a temporary basis.

Duties:

• Answering calls/transferring where necessary
• Responding to emails
• Meeting and greeting
• Directing visitors/contractors/parents
• Issuing visitor passes

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Previous reception experience, working in a busy environment
• School Reception experience is desirable
• Professional telephone manner
• To be able to work under pressure

ALL applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to have a background check taken out.

Additional Information

Job Type: Temporary/Casual/Holiday & Sickness Cover

Days: Between Monday-Friday

Hours: School hours

Hourly Rate: £12ph-£12.50ph
