School Receptionist - Nottingham - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new roleHays Education are working with a number of schools based in Nottingham who are looking for a School Receptionist to join their team. The position will be from Monday to Friday, and is initially presented as a long-term temporary role with the potential to go permanent. As a School Receptionist, you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school that ensure it runs smoothly. Your duties may include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the school
• Supporting parents, staff and students with enquiries
• Directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• General office administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience of working in a school office
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• An enhanced DBS is required for this post.
