Position: School Receptionist

Contract: Temporary 5 days a week, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Start: ASAPA friendly and welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton is seeking an efficient and personable school Receptionist to join their team. They are a small school where flexibility and multitasking are essential. Your new role

• Answering telephone, in-person, and email queries.
• Managing registers using ScholarPack.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Efficient and organised with excellent communication skills.
• Personable and easy-going, able to handle a variety of tasks.
• Experience with ScholarPack is a plus.
• A good sense of humour and the ability to adapt to different situations.
• Ideally, a DBS on the update service. If not, then you must be willing to put a new DBS into process.
