• Support the school's ethos of excellence in Education and Training by maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

• Be confident in delivering science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Have excellent classroom management skills.
• Be comfortable with planning and marking responsibilities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and Education and Training.
