Job Role Requirements:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school and curriculum standards.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A commitment to professional development and contributing to the school community.
