Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and manage resources.
- Track and report risks, issues, and project costs.
- Develop and manage project plans, including risk escalations.
- Drive technical decision-making and design processes.
- Support the delivery of technical projects, ensuring cyber risk reduction.
- Develop business cases for project approvals and oversee delivery.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Lean, or Kanban).
- Proven ability to manage technical IT project delivery.
- Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and mediation within Agile frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical processes.
- Prioritisation and resource management capabilities.
Desired Skills
- SAP development or project experience.
- SCRUM Master certification.
