SCRUM MASTER ROLE - CONTRACT

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
• Day Rate: £425/day PAYE

About the Role:As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with two agile squads that are early in their journey of adopting Agile practices. You will leverage your skills to:

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor and guide teams in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and new requests.
• Implement a robust reporting framework for both team members and management.
• Drive team productivity, foster collaboration, and embed continuous improvement principles.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Service Delivery Manager in a similar organisation.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with virtual or distributed teams.
